On Sunday November 3rd Exile Volleyball hosted 45 boys for Mike Rumbaugh Head Coach of St. Francis Men's Volleyball and six of his players for a four hour long skills clinic.

Coach Rumbaugh taught the latest skills, techniques and terminolgy being used at the Division I level.

To conclude the clinic the St. Francis players and Coach Rumbaugh had a question and answer session. The Red Flash players described what the life of a DI Volleyball player is like, what to expect in the transition from high school to college play, nutrition, study habits and an in depth discusion on a player's resposibilties to his teammates. Each attendee was given a Study Guide developed by Coach Rumbaugh that covered the drills and techniques he taught.

Overall an excellent afternoon for Pittsburgh area Boy's Volleyball.

This concludes the Fall Exile Volleybal clinic season for 2019. Look for future Boy's clinics in 2020.
