Gave a clinic for over 60 Exile Girl's players

 

Coach Ceponis went over his unique approach to teach volleyball hittings skills

 

His coined phrase "Attack with the Intent to Kill" describes the mental toughness needed to compete at a high level

 

Once again Exile Volleyball continues to be at the forefront of bringing high level instructors to the Pittsburgh Volleyball community to work to improve our skill levels.
