The first practice for all girls with the Exile Volleyball Club is on Monday, December 3rd from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Greentree SportsPlex.  The practice schedule for all of December is now posted on our website, www.exilevolleyball.com.  We will continue to update the schedule with tournament information and any changes that are necessary, due to bad weather or any other issues that may arise when that information becomes available so please keep yourself aware and up to date at www.exilevolleyball.com.

We're glad you've chosen to play for us and we're excited for the upcoming season.  Players need to have their paperwork taken care of before the first practice.

You need to update your USA Volleyball membership card.  If you signed up for your membership card through the Keystone Region (KRVA), you must contact OVR at herbert@ovr.org and include the player’s legal name and date of birth and region you originally signed up with (KRVA).  OVR will send you an email response and then you can join through the Ohio Valley Region (OVR) and select Exile Volleyball Club.  We need a copy of your USA Volleyball membership card, which shows you are a member of  Exile Volleyball Club.

We also need a copy of the player's birth certificate.  We also need filled out copies of the USA Volleyball Medical Release form.  And you also need to fill out and turn in a signed copy of the Exile VBC contract.  The medical form and club contract can each be downloaded from our website.  Click on the "Links" tab underneath the main banner on the front page and both forms can be found on that page.

Your deposit payment is due by the first practice.  You can bring it with you with the forms.  Checks can be made payable to Exile Volleyball Club.  Or if you prefer, we are set up to take your deposits and monthly payments online through our website.
